Learning Continues, Even During War
Across Ukraine, shelling, air raid alerts, power outages, and displacement continue to disrupt children's education and everyday lives. Maintaining a place where children can learn, create, and spend time together has become more important than ever.
Despite these challenges, I WILL's teachers continue adapting, and children keep returning to their classes. Through programming, robotics, and creative projects, they build practical skills, friendships, and confidence while finding a sense of stability in an uncertain world.

Our Story
Our story began with the belief that kindness could change a child's life. Step by step, that belief turned into lasting, life-changing action.
In 2002, Tatiana Kotova founded I WILL Association with her father, Vladimir Kotov. Tatiana wanted to make a direct difference in children's lives. Vladimir knew how to turn that vision into reality.
Having lost his mother before the age of ten and grown up without his father's care, Vladimir understood what it meant for a child to face life without parents. Wise, patient, and deeply kind, he made helping vulnerable children his personal calling.
He traveled across Ukrainian towns and villages, visiting orphanages, listening to children's needs, and establishing computer classrooms where opportunities were scarce. He created a tradition of opening a new classroom each year, cutting the ribbon with pride, and making sure the classrooms continued operating. He did all this as a volunteer, alongside his regular job.
For Vladimir, it was never just about computers. It was about giving children the chance to learn, develop skills, and build a future of their own. He took personal responsibility for every donated dollar, ensuring that contributions reached the children they were meant to help.
For Tatiana, working alongside her father became one of the most meaningful experiences of her life. Together, they built more than computer classrooms. They created opportunities for children who needed someone to believe in them. Today, I WILL continues Vladimir's mission, helping children discover their abilities and build their futures, even during war.
