City of Pervomaisk is located approximately 200 km from Nikolaev. My farther made the trip to honour the special occasion of cutting the ribbon, now for 11th time !!! I Will Computer class number 11 has made many children happy.
When we established I Will Association more than a decade ago - who knew we will continue going strong and enabling so many children in remote towns and villages of Nikolaev and region to have access to technology and education!
